EVB is seeking an experienced Inpatient Care Physician (MD/DO) to work remotely as a contractor on an AI-related project. You will review medical records and FHIR data, verify that clinical claims are properly documented, and critique inpatient notes such as HPI and care plans to ensure accuracy and reliability of data for AI training.

You will provide detailed feedback to project teams and clearly communicate findings in reports and discussions, supporting model learning and decision-support

Qualificações

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Hands-on inpatient or hospitalist clinical experience preferred (within past 2 years).
• Expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and hospital-based care workflows.
• Ability to review and critique clinical notes and health record data with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review medical records and FHIR data for AI training and development.
• Ensure claims and statements are supported by documentation.
• Analyze inpatient documentation (HPI, PMH, assessments, care plans) for gaps.
• Apply consistent standards to ensure accuracy of clinical data review.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance and data quality.
• Communicate findings through written reports and stakeholder discussions.
