Qualificações

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Prior Injury Coverage Coordination or Claims Management experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills: sort, filter, formulate and display data.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, coordinate, and resolve all types of claims for health plans, commercial customers, and government entities.
• Initiate phone calls to members, providers, and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
