CorVel is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator to address client, patient and provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence. The role involves gathering information to schedule treatment, with a focus on accuracy and privacy in a non-clinical capacity.
This remote position requires residency in Virginia and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with evenings. The role includes OT opportunities and holidays on a rotating basis, under HIPAA standards and privacy compliance.
The Telehealth Coordinator is responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. This role gathers information from either the provider, injured worker, employer, or other related sources and enters information into the system in order to schedule appointments as necessary for treatment. Please note this is a non-clinical role.
This is a remote role but requires residency in Arizona or Virginia. The work schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, with the following shift: 1:30 PM ET - 10:00 PM ET.
Remote positions require a quiet, designated work environment that adheres to our privacy and HIPAA standards.
This role has voluntary and mandatory overtime opportunities; Holidays are required on a rotating schedule. Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday, and Christmas Day.
This role requires a wired access to a broadband internet network with a minimum bandwidth of at least 80Mbps.

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
