Job summary

Amicus Nursing Services Inc is looking for a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join as an Independent Contractor. This remote role allows skilled RNs to provide life-enhancing therapies to patients in their homes. Candidates must have an active RN license in DC, MD, and VA, with a strong focus on IV therapy and infusion administration.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, managing infusion experiences, and guiding patients through their therapy journeys, collaborating with pharmacy leadership for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience focusing on IV therapy.
• Mastery of peripheral IV starts and central line maintenance.
• Must meet independent contractor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infusion experience ensuring safety and integrity.
• Administer specialty medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Guide patients and caregivers through therapy and home safety protocols.
• Collaborate with pharmacy for orders and maintain documentation.
