Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting Llc is seeking a Materials and Procurement Manager to lead procurement, storage, and dispensing for infusion services in South Carolina. You will ensure uninterrupted access to medications, maintain safety standards, and drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.

In this role, you will build supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and supervise pharmacy staff while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacy procurement and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of medications and biologics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with drug manufacturers and wholesalers.
• Manage procurement of biologics and other medications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for procurement and storage.
• Maintain an accurate inventory tracking system.
• Oversee dispensing of medications to patients.
• Coordinate with the infusion team on preparation and delivery of infusion medications.
• Train pharmacy staff on procurement and dispensing procedures.
• Educate patients on medications and proper usage.
