Job summary

Amerita seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to educate patients and teams on infusion therapies, coordinating hospital-to-home transitions and discharge processes. This remote field role travels across the Oklahoma City area, collaborating with clinical and sales teams to drive therapy initiation and patient education.

Required RN license in Oklahoma with at least 3 years of clinical experience; BSN preferred. Strong documentation and teaching skills are essential, with travel and scheduling

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice required.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education preferred.
• Previous experience supporting sales or business development initiatives preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on Amerita infusion services and care delivery.
• Provide in-person and virtual education to promote therapy understanding and safety.
• Coordinate transitions from hospital to home or alternate-care settings.
• Partner with Clinical Sales Executives to ensure discharge readiness and therapy initiation.
• Deliver clinical training, in-services, and education programs for internal teams.
• Maintain documentation of education activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
