The role is full-time, permanent, and can be remote. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on industry experience in a penetration testing role.
• Strong technical understanding of network and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and risk mitigation strategies.
• Desire to grow within the team and company.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure penetration tests and broader vulnerability assessments.
• Produce clear, professional reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present findings to clients and participate in debriefs.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, tools and trends.
• Occasional travel to client sites in the UK (rare).
• Improve methodologies, documentation, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and web app teams.
• Manage multiple client engagements and build trusted client relationships.
