Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring Infrastructure Engineers to build and scale the platform that powers our AI workloads. You will own Kubernetes clusters, cloud infra in GCP, and tooling to enable fast, reliable delivery across research, product, security, and operations teams.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy scalable infrastructure, implement IaC, optimize cost and security, and migrate workloads across cloud and on-prem as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
• Strong experience with GCP designing, building and migrating cloud infra.
• Proficient in Python for automation and tooling.
• Experience operating stateful systems (databases, Kafka).
• Fundamentals of infrastructure as code and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Set up compute, networking, permissions and access for teams.
• Host and operate data systems used by product teams.
• Build tooling and services to make infrastructure self-serve, mainly in Python.
• Lead large efforts like cluster builds and cloud migrations end-to-end.
