Job summary

AI Digital is seeking an Information Security Specialist to own day‑to‑day security operations across endpoint protection, access management, vulnerability management, and incident response. You will work closely with the security team to monitor MDM/EDR, manage Google Workspace and SaaS security, and support phishing awareness and MFA initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in information security, hands‑on SaaS security experience, and a proactive approach to building processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in information security or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms from a security/admin perspective.
• Experience with MDM and EDR solutions.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MDM and EDR coverage across devices and policy compliance.
• Triage EDR alerts and escalate as needed.
• Monitor Google Workspace and key SaaS accounts for risk and access.
• Track MFA coverage and maintain security metrics.
• Assist with vulnerability management and endpoint patching.
• Support incident handling, logging, and cross‑team coordination.
• Contribute to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certification efforts.
