Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an Information Security Officer for Televox (HarrisCX) to oversee the organization’s information security program from a strategic and practical perspective. You will design security strategies, lead audits, and ensure HIPAA, HITRUST and SOC 2 compliance, while guiding cross‑team collaboration and security awareness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive information security experience focused on governance, risk and compliance.
• In-depth experience with HIPAA, HITRUST and SOC 2.
• Experience developing and managing an incident response program.
• Strong knowledge of network, cloud and application security (AWS/Azure).
• Experience performing risk assessments and managing vulnerability programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Post-secondary degree in Information Security or CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and continuous improvement of information security strategies, policies, and architecture.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2.
• Lead development and execution of incident response and post-mortem analyses.
• Conduct internal security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond to customer security audits and RFPs with clear security posture.
• Deliver security awareness training for all employees.
• Manage third‑party vendor security assessments.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering to implement security controls across SDLC and cloud.
• Report security program status to senior leadership.
