Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. You will design and develop ETL processes with Informatica, build Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in data integration/BI, 3+ years with Informatica, and 3+ years in Tableau, with strong SQL and cloud platform experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, BI, or analytics.
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent tools.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboards, and data quality concerns.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.
