Qualifications

• Certifications/licenses to perform lead paint inspections and mold inspections.
• 1–3 years of experience in building sciences and industrial hygiene.
• Experience performing site investigations and environmental sampling.

Responsibilities

• Driving to client sites around your specific location.
• Performing commercial and residential inspections ranging from short duration (1‑2 hours) projects to multi‑hour projects.
• Delivering samples to a local laboratory or via FedEx.
• Updating project data after the job and at the end of the workday.
• Occasionally inspecting inside crawlspaces, basements, and attics.
• Communicating with clients.
