Navigate Wellbeing Solutions is seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team. The role focuses on editing and modifying existing templates in Adobe InDesign to produce print and digital collateral for client wellbeing programs.

This production-focused position requires strong InDesign skills, excellent organization, and the ability to meet deadlines. Remote work is available, with reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaboration with Client Success Managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of design or production experience with templates.
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating template-based production.

Responsibilities

• Edit and modify existing templates in InDesign to produce print and digital collateral.
• Manage high-volume requests from Client Success Managers to support wellbeing programs.
• Uphold brand guidelines across all delivered materials.
• Communicate clearly with request submitters and follow up in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized queue and meet deadlines, especially during peak periods.
