Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst to support the DMDC CyberPRIMES program. The role covers the full incident-response lifecycle from detection and analysis through containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities, working closely with SOC analysts, CSSPs, system owners, and technical teams during active cybersecurity incidents.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, active Secret clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience supporting incident response and SOC operations.
• Experience monitoring and analyzing enterprise cybersecurity tools and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities.
• Investigate incidents affecting NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
• Analyze security information from SIEM platforms and related technologies.
• Coordinate containment and remediation with stakeholders and government personnel.
• Maintain incident records, timelines, and evidentiary materials.
