Job summary

Store Space Self Storage is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Agent to join our Call Center. You will engage customers via inbound/outbound calls, guide them to the best storage solution, and drive sales with a customer-first approach.

This role offers hourly pay at $18.00, a performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that covers 7 days a week 8:00 am–11:00 pm EST. Remote position; Florida residents preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to guide customers to the best storage solution and close sales.
• Provide courteous, timely, and professional service to callers.
• Hit daily goals and build product knowledge while representing Store Space.
