Job summary

Wesley Financial Group, LLC is hiring a Sales Rep to work remotely from Kentucky or other eligible states. This full-time role follows a Fri–Mon, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule (four 10-hour shifts) with inbound leads only and no cold calling.

You will contact, qualify, and schedule appointments for timeshare owners seeking a way out, using a leads-fed marketing team. The compensation includes base pay, commissions, monthly bonuses, a 401k match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience, telesales preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads efficiently and timely.
• Qualify prospects and pre-sell Wesley Financial Group services.
• Explain value and process, and schedule appointments.
• Input client information into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teammates to meet targets.
