Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Description

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these locations.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Position Details

Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Paid training includes licensing. All equipment is provided. Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet.
