What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to type proficiently and have PC proficiency; Property and Casualty License required after hire.
