Pay Range

This range is provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base salary: $45K - $75K with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings: $55K-$75K through base salary and commissions.
• Top performers can earn up to $85K+ after their second year.

Position Details

This role is available for candidates in Texas. Applicants must reside in Texas.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, consult with customers, and match them with suitable insurance products. Training is paid and includes licensing if needed.

• Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
• Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls, only warm leads.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
• Equipment provided; high-speed internet required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
