• Handle inbound calls from clients looking to plan their dream vacations, guiding them through the booking process
• Provide expert recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences
• Establish rapport with clients and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their travel needs
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while thriving under pressure
• Participate in a 5-week training program to ensure proficiency in sales and customer service

Qualifications
