Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring Remote Inbound Sales Agents to join a fast-growing, customer‑centric team. You’ll guide users through the insurance purchasing journey, complete paid training, and obtain licensing to legally sell insurance. No cold calls—these customers are already exploring in-app.

We offer $19–$21 per hour with uncapped commissions, full benefits, and 100% remote work. Flexible schedules include five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, with strong growth potential in a supportive, tech‑driven

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail or service with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to complete paid training and licensing.
• Comfort with remote, tech-driven work and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Go through paid training and insurance licensing (note: you must pass your licensing exam to legally sell insurance).
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process. There's no cold-calling, these people have already started their insurance search in our app.
• Explain options and help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the best fit.
• Listen to customer concerns and propose solutions that build confidence in their choice.
• Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there.
