Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Florida is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive personal sales, and build client relationships at a luxury counter. You will utilize Neiman Marcus’s clienteling system, maintain a merchandised counter, and collaborate with the team to grow revenue through in-house events and facial consultations.

A High School Diploma is required, and experience with technology and digital selling tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Experience with styling and fashion retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase products differently for remote vs. in-person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, including omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase personal productivity through outreach and technology usage.
