Job summary

Cority is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to understand and connect the EHSQ suites for client deployments. You will demonstrate how and why clients use Cority software, maintain service excellence, and keep up-to-date with new features to build trust with customers.

You will lead project implementations following a defined methodology, configure applications, train clients, and coordinate with internal teams. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, OH&S, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, or Quality Management.
• 1-3 years' experience in implementation or consulting.
• Certified professionals CIH/CSP/CSRP/COHN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
• Act as a liaison between Cority and clients in all assigned projects and initiatives; lead and support implementations.
• Work closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive project team.
• Interact with and support other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product).
• Establish a plan for managing project implementation and intervene when timelines slip.
• Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
• Update timesheets and project bookings daily; submit weekly for approval.
• Participate actively in the Cority PS Peer Training program.
