Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for a fully remote opportunity supporting a busy corporate legal department. This open-ended contract assignment has potential for permanent hire and involves handling H-1B and employment-based green card processes.

You will work EST hours, 40 hours per week with possible overtime, and collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to ensure timely filings, document management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with business/corporate immigration matters, including H-1B and employment-based green card processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Contracts management experience is a plus.
