BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its legal team in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on federal district court immigration litigation, including habeas corpus petitions and injunctive relief suits, with a fully remote option for candidates nationwide.

You will conduct legal research, draft documents, and guide clients through the immigration process while managing multiple cases with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration litigation matters in federal district court.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration law or federal litigation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research using legal platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the United States for court hearings or conferences.
