Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Centralized Imaging Services team in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Clinical Manager – Centralized Imaging Services. This onsite role leads the Imaging Services staff across remote sites, ensuring safe, high-quality imaging operations and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will oversee staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing professional development, while partnering with division leaders to drive process improvements and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Clinical license required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing imaging operations or multi-site healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily Remote Imaging Services operations.
• Direct supervision of CT Technologists – Remote Imaging.
• Ensure safe, efficient, standardized imaging operations across facilities.
• Oversee staffing plans and scheduling for remote imaging operations.
• Collaborate with AVP to implement strategic initiatives and program enhancements.
• Maintain accountability for departmental performance metrics and action plans.
