Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 2 based in Chicago, IL. This role involves servicing Imaging Equipment in the area, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates should have a solid background in medical technology, customer service skills, and experience with Imaging Equipment.

Additionally, proficiency in service test equipment and strong communication abilities are key to excel in this position. This full-time role has a schedule of M-F with specific shift requirements following training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer.
• Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service Imaging Equipment in Chicago, IL area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal performance.
