Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an on-site trainer for the HCUS modality product portfolio. You will support sales and field service, coordinate training events, and develop training materials to ensure proper use of imaging systems.

The role requires an ARRT credential and 5+ years in digital radiology, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel and remote support may be involved, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree preferred Master’s degree in related field.
• Registered Radiology Technologist, ARRT (ARRT (R), (MAM), (QM), (CT), (MR)).
• Experience in digital radiology with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-site training using validated applications, protocols, and processes.
• Works with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
• Optimizes image quality of HCUS modality products in the imaging portfolio.
• Makes contacts within HCUS and at customer sites to coordinate training events.
• Develops customer training and support material with the team.
• Provides telephone support for customers, sales and field service.
• Communicates feedback on equipment issues to multiple teams in written and verbal form.
• Maintains documentation to support customer training and ensures customer acceptance of modality solutions.
