Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Training Specialist to support HCUS modality products. You will lead on-site and remote training, coordinate with technologists and radiologists, and assist in equipment demonstrations to promote product adoption.

The role requires up to 85% travel and collaboration across departments to ensure customer success while adhering to FDA/ISO requirements. Compensation includes $80,000–$100,000 base plus an $8,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred; Master’s degree in related field.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist, ARRT certification.
  • Experience in digital radiology with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates on-site training using validated applications, protocols and processes.
  • Collaborates with technologists, radiologists and staff to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
  • Optimizes image quality of HCUS modality products in the imaging portfolio.
  • Makes contacts within HCUS and at customer sites to coordinate training events.
  • Develops customer training and support materials; provides telephone support.
  • Provides feedback to various teams on equipment issues and customer concerns.
  • Maintains documentation to support customer training and education on modality products.
