The consultant will configure, implement, and support IFS Cloud and earlier Apps versions, translating business requirements into effective ERP configurations and guiding clients through delivery across supply chain modules.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting ERP solutions in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of IFS Cloud or earlier IFS Applications versions within one or more modules.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Understanding of core ERP concepts, including supply chain design, data structures, inventory controls, and system configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and delivery-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements via workshops, interviews, and document review to inform functional designs.
• Configure IFS applications to support defined processes, aligning with project scope and best practices.
• Support solution design activities with architects and senior team members.
• Lead or participate in workshops to validate requirements and align stakeholders on design decisions.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configurations and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and system extensions as needed.
• Participate in unit, system, and UAT testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify risks, issues, or design gaps and work with leadership to resolve them.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to ensure effective adoption.
