Job summary

Herdt Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Informatica IDMC Administrator to support a state government Workday implementation.

The role will manage IDMC environments, ensure security, stability, and readiness for enterprise data management across dev, test, and prod environments. Responsibilities include administering environments, configuring Secure Agents, monitoring health, and collaborating with governance, quality, and security teams to enable reliable IDMC services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration experience with Informatica IDMC.
• Experience with Secure Agents and IDMC runtime environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise production environments and incident management.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Informatica IDMC environments, services, users, roles, groups, and permissions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, and supporting services.
• Monitor platform health, jobs, connectivity, and operational issues; support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Support environment configuration, release and change management, and migration across development, test, and production environments.
• Maintain platform standards, operating procedures, technical documentation, and access controls.
• Collaborate with data governance, data quality, lineage, integration, security, and application teams to enable reliable IDMC services.
