The Cuddy Law Firm, PLLC seeks New York State–admitted attorneys to litigate IDEA matters using a remote model with on-site training in Auburn, NY. You will handle a high volume of cases, conduct client intakes, draft due process complaints and litigate administrative proceedings.

Applicants must be NY bar admitted, have strong English communication and research skills, and be capable of working independently or with colleagues.

Qualifications

• New York State Bar Admission required for prompt eligibility.
• Strong English language and research skills.
• Interest or experience in litigation essential.
• Willing to be trained in IDEA litigation and remote workflow.

Responsibilities

• Litigate IDEA cases under a remote model.
• Draft due process complaints and manage intake.
• Litigate administrative hearings and coordinate caseloads.
