Job summary

Astyra Corporation seeks independent contractors to conduct in-person SIS assessments for individuals with IDD/Autism aged 14 and above. Assessments occur at various sites; no fixed office, with submissions from home.

Candidates must be willing to travel across Lehigh, Monroe, and Bucks Counties and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA policies. MS Office skills and at least two years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field is required.
• Minimum two years of direct experience with IDD/Autism.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face SIS assessments for individuals with IDD/Autism aged 14+.
• Coordinate scheduling, administration, and submission within performance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA policies.
