Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Regional Engagement Officer to serve Idaho from Boise. This 100% remote role focuses on building relationships with local business and banking leaders, gathering insights, and advancing the Bank’s public service mission.

You will develop local engagement plans, represent the Fed in regional forums, and coordinate with the Salt Lake City Branch as needed.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Twelve or more years of related professional experience, preferably in external outreach.
Must reside in the Boise, Idaho area and be willing to work 100% remotely.
Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the region.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement local business outreach and engagement plans to enhance regional presence.
Represent the Fed in the region through strategic engagement with business and banking leaders.
Advance the District’s public service vision and engage with various stakeholders.
Connect with influential executives and track insights on local economic trends.
Participate in key business associations to support regional engagement goals.
Manage relationships with senior financial institution executives locally.
Identify opportunities by convening forums and roundtables for knowledge sharing.
Support branch operations and collaborate with Salt Lake City Branch as needed.
