Job summary

Avel eCare is seeking a Remote Critical Care RN to monitor patients and support inpatient bedside teams. You will use nursing judgment to respond to patient needs and collaborate with providers across sites in a centralized telemedicine setting.

Requirements include 2–3 years of RN critical care experience and an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred. NIH/ANA standards guide practice in a flexible, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program; strong preference.
• 2–3 years RN critical care experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient data and respond to critical events.
• Collaborate with inpatient bedside teams to support care.
• Apply ANA standards and Nursing Process in practice.
• Lead planning and evaluation of patient care outcomes.
