Inspected is a fast-growing construction tech firm seeking experienced ICC-certified inspectors to conduct residential and commercial inspections across Texas. This field-based remote role requires working from within Texas, traveling to sites, and uploading reports in Permit Hub.

Qualifications

• Active ICC Inspector certification in applicable discipline(s).
• Minimum 3 years of inspection, code-compliance, construction, or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of International Codes, Texas requirements, and local amendments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and technical docs.
• Document code deficiencies clearly and communicate corrections professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial inspections across Texas service areas.
• Inspect work within approved disciplines based on ICC certifications and jurisdictional approvals.
• Verify compliance with codes, requirements, and local amendments.
• Prepare clear, code-referenced inspection reports in Permit Hub.
• Identify deficiencies with references and communicate required corrections.
