Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ten years z-related experience preferred.
• IBM certifications are preferred.
• Customer-facing experience with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyze customer issues in z environments.
• Assist in escalation with software vendors and engage stakeholders.
• Work with internal/external resources to deliver innovative mainframe solutions.
• Implement, customize, debug, and tune system software for z/OS systems.
• Provide storage management, DR, and hardware upgrade services.
• Monitor performance and capacity; document customer environments.
