Job summary

Mackin Talent is seeking a Solutions Architect for a remote, 12-month engagement focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), IDP/IDaaS, SSO, and SAML/SCIM. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on IAM delivery and a strong consultancy mindset for client-facing engagements.

The candidate will act as SME for marketing technology solutions, drive multiple migrations, and collaborate with sales to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

Deep IAM expertise with IDP/IDaaS, SSO, and SAML/SCIM governance.
End-to-end delivery of large-scale IAM projects.
7+ years in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales).

Responsibilities

Act as a technical consultant and SME on marketing technology solutions.
Drive multiple migrations or projects; be the technical contact for key accounts.
Work with sales to develop opportunities by understanding business goals and trends.
Implement processes defined by leadership; resolve tickets and issues.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
Apply knowledge of products and tech to build scalable solutions.
Build relationships with cross-functional partners.
Influence decisions with data-driven presentations.
Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
