Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support large-scale IAM projects for clients in government. This critical role entails analyzing the identity lifecycle, implementing enterprise-class IAM solutions, and ensuring appropriate user privileges to manage credentials effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience with cybersecurity administration and directory services, and must have a Secret clearance. This position supports both professional development and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ICAM, security operations, or identity governance programs.
• 3+ years of experience with administration of directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.
• Experience with MFA solutions and Privileged Access Management.
