Job summary

SOSi seeks an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions across cloud and on-prem environments for a DoD customer. Role focuses on secure auth, RBAC, MFA, and CAC integration.

The position requires active SECRET clearance and experience with Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or AWS IAM, with a strong emphasis on zero-trust and policy-driven access control.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years IAM experience.
• Experience designing and managing IAM in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with identity governance tools and zero-trust models.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Enforce Zero Trust Architecture and RBAC to protect systems.
• Integrate IAM with Entra ID, PKI, and CAC authentication.
• Oversee IAM provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
• Submit IAM Compliance Reports with configurations and access logs.
