Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Program Manager (IAM/Cybersecurity) to lead a portfolio of IAM and supporting infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and align programs with security requirements and enterprise timelines.

This contract role focuses on IAM modernization, including Okta to Microsoft Entra ID migration and Active Directory remediation, with healthcare identity initiatives and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM projects or programs across multiple workstreams.
• Strong vendor management and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Okta, Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• PMP certification and healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight for IAM and infrastructure projects with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budget tracking, risk management, and executive status reporting.
• Support IAM modernization initiatives including Okta-to-Entra migrations and AD remediation.
• Oversee healthcare identity initiatives ensuring security and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
