Job summary

TEKsystems in Arlington, TX is seeking an IAM Automation Engineer for a long-term W2 contract with potential to convert to a full-time role. This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will design, build, and maintain automation across IAM platforms, focusing on provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and RBAC/ABAC governance, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on automation and integration.
• Strong automation and scripting experience in IAM environments.
• Experience delivering automation solutions to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions for IAM processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews).
• Develop and enhance workflows in IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk) for lifecycle management.
• Integrate IAM with enterprise apps, directories, and cloud services using APIs and connectors.
