Qualifications

• BA in Industrial/Organizational psychology or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the field; Master's degree not required.
• College-level teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the college level.
• Assess learner performance and provide feedback to learners.
• Participate in departmental meetings and activities up to 3 times per month.
• Stay current with developments in Human Resources and related specialties and update course content accordingly.
• Provide support and guidance to learners as needed.
