Job summary

Plug Power Inc. seeks a Site Superintendent to coordinate on-site construction and commissioning of hydrogen fueling infrastructure systems.

The role requires managing crews, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining schedules and budgets across multiple deployment locations in the U.S. The ideal candidate has civil/mechanical/electrical construction management experience and is willing to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years as a site superintendent on industrial construction projects.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 100% for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction and commissioning.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports for Project Manager.
• Ensure budgets and schedules are met and quality standards upheld.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections; enforce safety compliance.
• Lead jobsite meetings and escalate safety or quality issues as needed.
