Cindavi is hiring a Hydraulics Systems Designer to own hydraulic systems and test circuits behind critical factory equipment. You will drive hydraulic upgrades, shaping designs from concept through completion while collaborating with mechanical, controls, and electrical teams.

We offer remote work from anywhere in the Midwest, with a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000, relocation support for the right candidate, and occasional travel of about one week per quarter.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years designing hydraulic equipment for manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on CAD experience; SolidWorks preferred and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong AutoCAD experience creating and interpreting hydraulic drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, and keep work moving toward completion.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design and development of hydraulic systems and test circuits for factory equipment.
• Create clear hydraulic drawings and design documentation for build, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Lead hydraulic-focused projects from requirements through execution, coordination, and completion.
• Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and electrical engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support hydraulic upgrades across plants and ensure on-time delivery with strong ownership.
