Job summary

Novogradac is hiring Staff Accountant Interns for a summer 2027 program (June 2027 through end of July 2027). The internship exposes future leaders to audit, tax, and research projects within a growing national CPA firm. The program emphasizes hands-on experience and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• GPA of 3.20 or higher preferred.
• Preferably completed Intermediate Accounting and readiness to sit for CPA exam.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax and/or audit engagements for designated clients as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Identify and communicate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct business-specific research, gather and analyze data, interpret results, compile reports and make recommendations to principals and partners.
• Develop effective client relationships through professionalism and follow-through.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
