Clean Power Alliance seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager, Load Flexibility, to oversee enrollment, progress, and enhancements of load flexibility programs including EV Smart Charge and Power Response Non-Residential.

CPA isseekinga detail-oriented and highly motivated professionalto joinCPA’s Customer Programs team.The Project Manager, Load Flexibility will oversee key aspects of program implementationand delivery, including coordinating program enrollment,monitoringproject progress,implementing program enhancements,coordinating with implementation vendors,and managing stakeholder communications.Initially,this role will focus onthe EV Smart Charge and Power ResponseNon-Residentialprograms, butmay expand to support other load flexibility programs and initiatives as needed. This role will providecross-programcoordinationfor day-to-day activitiesrelated to the portfolio of load flexibility programs to helpensurealignment and consistency.Thisincludesoptimizationand streamliningofevent and load modification strategies,and communication withvendorsand customers.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally withteams including but not limited toCustomer Programs, Customer Care, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, Strategic Accounts,Load Forecasting,and Communications and Marketing to support program implementation and advance CPA’s clean energy initiatives.

Work Location
This position is eligible for either Hybrid or Remote options. The Hybrid option requires attendance in our Downtown Los Angeles office on a full-time basis2-3days per week on daysdeterminedby CPA, with work location on the remaining days either in office or remote. This includes a transportation allowance. The Remote option requires you to be available to attend full-time inoffice days and/or field events within Los Angeles and Ventura Countiesin accordance withthe needs of the company that may start as early as 8:30am at least 2 days per week. The Remote & Hybrid options require full-time in-person attendance at organization or team-wide events 3 times per year for 3-5 days per event. All staffare required towork during CPA’s office hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST.
Thesalary range for this position is$104,355.24-$156,532.35, with exact compensation to bedeterminedby Clean Power Alliance, dependent on experience. Benefits include health care, a 401(k)-like match program, paid vacation, and sick leave. This is not a civil service position; however, all CPA employeesare required tosubmita Statement of Economic Interests form, also known asthe Form 700.
