Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join on a full-time contract basis. The PM will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programs, working with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires strong communication, program management methodology knowledge (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid), and a track record of managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or Monday.com.
• PMP/PgMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs from initiation to completion.
• Develop program plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, and finance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations on performance and deliverables.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate program meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Support budget management, vendor coordination, and contracts as needed.
