Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a People Programs Specialist in Plymouth, MN. This hybrid role coordinates employee engagement initiatives, from Health & Wellness to charity matching, with on-site events as needed.

You will manage plans, budgets, and communications in collaboration with sponsors and offices, and help grow a culture aligned with our values. Position includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, communications, business, hospitality, event management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years coordinating employee engagement, HR programs, events, communications, or related initiatives.
Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools.
Experience with Workday, intranet platforms, survey tools, or project management software is a plus.
AI literacy: ability to use AI tools, craft prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and integrate AI to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute employee engagement programs (Health & Wellness, recognition, volunteering, ERGs, etc.).
Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and logistics for events and initiatives.
Partner with sponsors, vendors, and office contacts to deliver high-quality experiences.
Track participation, budgets, and program metrics; prepare status reports and post-program summaries.
Support Employee Resource Groups and volunteers; foster cross-group collaboration.
