BCG Attorney Search in Nevada is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Nevada team. This role offers flexible work arrangements including remote, in-office, or hybrid options.

You will draft and file motions, pleadings and discovery, represent clients in trials, arbitrations and depositions, and provide strategic counsel from day one. Ideal candidates hold a JD andNevada Bar membership, with 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• JD required and active Nevada bar membership.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to draft and argue motions effectively.
• Familiarity with the Nevada court system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in construction or casualty claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and insurers.
• Provide strategic legal counsel based on litigation experience.
• Manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targets.
